Saathiya uses AI algorithms to suggest matches based on your preferences and behavior. We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or that matches will be available.

All communication through the platform must comply with our Community Guidelines. We may monitor messages for safety purposes.

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing, features, and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Auto-renewal may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.

All content, design, and technology on Saathiya is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

By uploading content (photos, text, etc.), you grant Saathiya a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for providing our services.

Saathiya is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saathiya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
